Return Policy Conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
 - Manufacturer’s seals should remain intact.
 - There must be no damage caused by customer handling or use.
 - The product must be returned in its original packaging. To start your return, reach out to us at support@luminqua.com, outlining your reasons for the return, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
 
Once our logistics team receives and checks the returned item, Luminqua will process your refund within seven business days.
Steps for Returning Your Item:
- Check Return Eligibility: Ensure you are within the 30-day window from the date your item was delivered.
 - Contact Customer Support: Reach out via email, phone, or through our website with your order details and return reason. We will verify your eligibility and provide return authorization and further steps.
 - Prepare the Package: Repack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. The item must remain in its unused condition.
 - Include Return Authorization: Place the return authorization and a brief explanation of your return inside the package.

Ship the Return: Use a trackable, insured shipping method to send the item. We are not responsible for lost packages.

For damaged or incorrect items, notify us at support@luminqua.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return faulty items for a full refund or replacement, with no shipping charges.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel or modify your order free of charge before the shipping confirmation is sent. Once shipped, our return policy applies.
Lost Shipments: If your package is delayed (not received within two days after the expected delivery date), contact our customer service. We’ll investigate with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed as lost, you are eligible for a refund or replacement, based on your preference.
