Luminqua is pleased to provide free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. This offer applies to all U.S. locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We aim to create a seamless shopping experience for you. Please note, this free shipping offer only applies to standard delivery options, and delivery timeframes, as mentioned in our shipping details, will remain in effect.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Sunday) if placed before 12 PM EST.

Delivery Estimates:
We estimate that orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the shipment date. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday to the address provided by the customer. Note that we do not deliver to collection points.

While we strive to meet our shipping and delivery schedules, Luminqua cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events or factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.

Shipping Carrier:

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking should activate within 24 hours.

Order Changes:
Once an order has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

Missing Orders:
If your tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier to trace your package. If the issue persists, email us at support@luminqua.com for help. In the event of a technical issue with tracking, where your order cannot be located, contact us for further resolution.

Damaged Products:
If your items arrive damaged, please take photos of the damage and email them to support@luminqua.com for evaluation. Hold onto the damaged products until you receive further instructions.
